Regional Cooperation
Cooperation and data exchange throughout the various stages of the project has been conducted with a number of counties in the region which have worked or are currently working on similar projects for the establishment of energy saving codes. This cooperation has been carried out through exchange of visits, data and documents, conferences, meetings, workshops and training courses.
- Lebanon, Lebanese Ministry of Public Work and Transport: cooperating through exchange of visits, two meeting held on Sept. 2002, and June 2002, in addition to a conference held in Dec. 2003.
- Tunisia, National Agency of Renewable Energies: cooperating through a 10 day study mission in addition to data and resource exchange.
- Egypt, Egyptian Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban community and the Housing Building Research Center: cooperating through visits and data exchange.
